How to book?

You can book directly with us either by phone, text or email. We would prefer to meet you first but appreciate this isn’t always possible.

Online booking

Regular and ad hoc users can be given access to our online booking system. You can then see all availability and plan your workload. You can book from one hour up to regular sessions over your required period.

Changing a booking

Bookings can be changed online up to 48 hours before, after that time please either text, email or call us.

Cancelling a booking

Bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before, if cancelled, we will hold the credit on account for you towards future bookings. We appreciate last minute events can happen so please let us know and we will try and accommodate changes if at all possible.

Additional time

If you require additional time, and if the room is available, you can extend your booking either online or by contacting us.

Sessions

Are available in one-hour increments. General opening hours are 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You may however stay earlier or later as required.

Buffer

There is a half hour buffer either side of each booking.

Other room users

We kindly ask you to respect other room users by keeping noise to a minimum, letting in your own clients and by leaving the room promptly as you found it. The rooms are deep cleaned weekly, however we ask that any obvious debris from your clinic use is cleared.

Finishing your session

Please turn off the heating/aircon and lights in your room and in the whole clinic if the last to leave.

Room access

Once we receive payment you will be given a personal door code. We have lots of back up plans for any unlikely issues with entrance so please call asap.

Waiting areas

We have two areas where your clients may wait. It would be appreciated if your clients arrive as close to their appointment times as possible to avoid congestion. Refreshments are available in the rear waiting area.

Storage

For regular users we can allocate a shelf free of charge inside one of our cupboards. Please note these are not locked and allocation is on a trust basis. So, if you have items of particular value we suggest you bring them with you each session. K&R Health Suites cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items left.

If you require additional storage please discuss this with us and if suitable we can provide you with a quote.

Payment

This is in advance and can be weekly or monthly depending on what works for you.

Insurance

As part of the contract all users must have their own professional and liability insurance. K&R Health Suites cannot be held responsible for the room users’ clients. K&R Health Suites hold their own insurance.

Post

We are happy to receive your post, however larger items we would appreciate being sent elsewhere so as not to inconvenience other clinic users.

CCTV

There is a camera in the front reception, which records movements in that area. For privacy reasons we don’t have cameras in the clinic rooms

Parking

K&R is well served by many public car parks within close proximity. The closet being Pickford Street Car Park (SK11 6JD) which is 140 yards away. This is a pay and display (you mind is easier to use the pay by phone app). There are disabled bays and free parking on Pickford Street (up to 1 hour).

Comments, Complaints and Suggestions

Please let us know as soon as possible of any issues with the rooms, we will endeavour to sort them as soon as possible. We welcome any suggestions you have to improve the service we offer.
